FSSAI Annual Return

FSSAI Annual Returns to be Filed by the FBO

Each and every food manufacturers, labelers, re-labelers, packers, re-packers, and importers are needed to file the annual return which is either electronically or in physical forms might be established by the Food Safety Commissioner, in Form D-1, on or before 31st May of each year to the Licensing Authority with approval of the group of food products sold/produced by him during the previous financial year. D-1 form is necessary to file FSSAI for records of export-import. Registration of FSSAI- The food business promoters like distributors, storage units, retailers, transporters, marketers, etc., should register under Basic FSSAI. There are three licenses under which these food businesses should be registered for FSSAI.
